Euchre Card Game

Euchre is a four player card game where the players play in teams of two. Euchre is a trick taking game where a large part of the strategy revolves around deciding which card is trump in any given hand. The dealer deals 5 cards to each player and then deals a card face up. Each player then gets an opportunity to tell the dealer to pick up the card that has been turned face up. The suit of the card the dealer has just picked up will become trump for that hand. The dealer then must discard another card from his hand. If no player tells the dealer to pick up the card, the players go through a second round where each player has the opportunity to pick a trump suit. The team of the player the decides trump will win a single point if they take 3 of the 5 cards in the hand. If they lose, the player that didn't pick trump will get 2 points. Each game is played until one of the teams has 10 points.
